Jamaican or Rastafarian Pirates play a role similar to that of the Merchant of Menace in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. They dislike all of the other in-game factions, but do not offer standing bounty rewards against the other factions. There are, however, standing bounty bonuses offered by the other factions against the Pirates. Unique rewards are available in each of the faction shops upon successful completion of all "Outstanding Bounties."
In similar fashion to the prior release's Russian Mafia, the Pirates also supply your character with black market hardware in return for completing their contracts and helping them gain control over the criminal underworld of Venezuela.
