The Mercedes-Benz ConceptFascination is the next iteration of the E-Class, which first went into production in 1991 with the 400E and 500E. The E-Class is an executive-class automobile line, focusing on luxury and performance. The ConceptFascination, a radical redesign of the E-Class, is due for production in 2010. It includes details like refrigerated storage and a folding glass table as well as ample cargo space and carefully decorated passenger areas. Official pricing has not yet been released, but the last iteration of the E-Class, the E320 BlueTEC Sedan, starts at $55,075. It features a 3.0L 24-valve V6 diesel engine (similar to the ConceptFascination's likely four-cylinder diesel engine) and goes from 0-60 mph in 6.6 seconds.Mercedes-Benz: E-Class Overview
