Boxers vs. briefs and male fertility
There is a circulated theory that briefs may inhibit male fertility. It is a known fact that at warmer temperatures sperm are less likely to survive. The male body naturally lowers and raises the scrotum to adjust the temperature for optimal sperm health. The thought is that briefs are two tight and inhibit this natural reflex, thus they may cause infertility to some degree. This theory has not been proven.
