I'm perpetually, serially curious about all kinds of things. I'm a researcher at heart. I will take a topic and delve into it, reading everything I can get my hands on on that topic, which often includes professional literature. Once I've exhausted my resources, I move on to something else. I often revisit interests as I find more resources.<br />

I've also done a lot of different things in my life: child of a medical professional and an educator; grew up in a university town; family spent lots of time in hospitals for chronic illnesses; undergrad in one field and grad in another (Medieval and Renaissance Lit); catered my way through grad school; managed art gallery; worked in international trade; then settled down, married computer geek/graphic designer, had three kids, became educational consultant/literacy specialist and bookseller; became involved with arts development. I now sell children's books, design websites, and publish a weekly menu mailer. I spend a lot of time in the arts world, the tech world, and the education world. And that's on top of all my other interests.
