I have been asked to help you with all of your SEO questions, as "Mahalo SEO Guru". While I do not label myself as a "Guru", I do have SEO experience.
For those of you who do not know, SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, which is just a fancy way of saying that you make your pages in a way the search engines will like them and hopefully list them better.
A little about me...
For those of you who don't know me well, I am a wife and mother who is passionate about character education. I am a stay at home mom and I work from my home.
I've been on the Internet since around 1993, and I started my own successful Website Design and SEO Marketing company in 2001. I've since moved on to work only on my own projects... that is until I found Mahalo.
I was instantly hooked! =D
I now spend quite a bit of my time here, as some of you may have noticed. =)
What this all means for you...
I am here to answer your SEO related questions and help you understand the search engines a little better. You can send me questions directly, or post them in Mahalo Answers. I will try to watch for them. =) I also frequent the Mahalo IRC Chat Room on irc.freenode.net.
If you need advice on keyword research or are having trouble getting traffic, let me know. I hope that you will feel free to ask your questions. No question is stupid or lame in my eyes... we all were new to this at one point in time.
I don't claim to know everything there is to know about SEO. The search engines change their rules often, and new tools become available regularly. If I don't know something, I will tell you... but I will try to find an answer for you. =)
