Bio: I'm a switching careers from journalism to teaching. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism (minor in English) with 2 years of freelance writing experience. I'm currently trying to find the right online university to attend for my Master's in Teaching. I am an education fanatic and am passionate about learning. I found out earlier this year (2009) that I also have a knack for teaching! I just need some background in teaching methods, curriculum and a bit more experience in order to be successful! I am based in Newport Beach, CA, though I am a native of Dallas, TX! So far....California ROCKS! I love the weather and atmosphere and hope to live here for some time! I enjoy research and hope I can help answer questions and work within this community well. I'm here to learn and hopefully help a few people while I'm at it!
