I have recently decided to become a writer, more specifically to write and auto-biography and secure a newspaper column about my daily adventures. Seeing as how I have no published writing and would like to fine tune my writing skills and style, a friend directed me to Mahalo.
I'm a 28 year old who just moved back to Ontario after living a year and a half in Mexico and two years in the oil fields of Alberta. I have had just about every non-professional career you could imagine, from factory worker to delivery girl to 2nd cook to receptionist, but have most recently found my niche in bartending. I have good general knowledge on many topics, but my main areas of interest lie in travel, culture, cultural studies, political satire, environmental politics, psychology, music, food and alcohol.
