Bio: Having won the battle over obesity and loosing 90 lbs I now help others do the same. I have put together a team of like minded people that want to help others achieve optimal health. My team includes a StrongMan body builder, medical professionals and every day folks that have made the journey with me.
I have found I have a knack to encourage and help others that is being realized to it's full potential helping others reach their full potential. I enjoy life and now know weight is something that can be changed and kept off.
