Mei Leung was a nine-year-old San Francisco, California, girl who was murdered in her apartment building in the city's Tenderloin district in April of 1984. The Night Stalker
Richard Ramirez was dubbed the Night Stalker because of his propensity to attack, kill and sometimes rape his victims late at night as they were sleeping. Ramriez, an admitted Satan worshipper, was convicted in 1985 on 13 counts of murder. All of the victims lived in Southern California or in San Francisco.
