Phillip Markoff Arrested
Police in Boston stopped Markoff's car on April 20, 2009, and after questioning him, Markoff was arrested in connection to the "Craigslist murders." Markoff was charged with killing Julissa Brisman at a Boston hotel. The suspect's image was captured on surveillance tape by the hotel. A week prior, another woman was robbed at gunpoint at a nearby hotel. The same suspect's image was captured on that hotel's surveillance camera. Another woman was attacked in a similar way at a Rhode Island hotel. Police determined that the same man was involved with the two Boston attacks.Craigslist Killer
