Matthew Devlin

Stockbroker Matthew Devlin has pled guilty to insider trading. The SEC had charged that Devlin tipped off clients and friends about 13 corporate deals before they were publicly announced. Nina Devlin, his wife, had access to the information because of her job at Brunswick LLC.
