Career
With a collection of songs that Billboard calls a mix of folk/pop with "a hint of hip-hop," Mat Kearney's breakthrough came with his second album, Nothing Left To Lose, in 2006. Featuring the singles "Undeniable," "Breathe In, Breathe Out," and the title track itself, the album hit #2 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart.
To further increase interest in the album, many of its songs appeared in TV shows like Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill and The Unit.
Kearney continues to tour and record, often releasing exclusive EPs on iTunes, Napster and Rhapsody between albums.
