Mass Effect 2 Bleep

Mass Effect 2: Bleep is a comical edit of the PlayStation 3's Mass Effect 2: Genesis digital comic. The digital comic was included as a free download with copies of the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2.  Since the original Mass Effect was not released for the PS3, the digital comic was introduced in order to give PS3 owners who would be new to the series an opportunity to catch up on the story as well as make the decisions from Mass Effect that shape the Mass Effect 2 world.  It was produced by Dark Horse Comics, which has also published previous comic books in the Mass Effect universe. 

In Mass Effect 2 Bleep - Digital Comic Edition, some of the spoken dialog has been strategically replaced by "bleeps" in order to make it sound as if the characters are using swear words or questionable language.

In Mass Effect, players take control of Commander Shepard, a member of the System's Alliance military.http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Systems_Alliance Players can decide Commander Shepard's gender, appearance, history, class, and psychological profile. Many choices that the player makes in Mass Effect will directly affect plot points in Mass Effect 2, including romantic relationships.http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Romance The Mass Effect 2: Genesis digital comic serves as a way to let Mass Effect 2 players make these plot decisions without having to play the first game in the series.
