  • NHL Career

    St. Louis entered the NHL by signing as a free agent with the Calgary Flames on February 19, 1998. He joined the Flames for his NHL debut that same year and split his first two seasons between the Flames and their American Hockey League affiliate, the Saint John Flames. St. Louis signed as a free agent with the Tampa Bay Lightning on July 31, 2000 and helped the team win the Stanley Cup Championship in 2004. During the 2004-05 NHL lockout, St. Louis played for the Lausanne HC in Switzerland. He returned to the Lightning after the lockout and renewed his contract with the team on August 24, 2005 to stay with the franchise for an additional six seasons.
