Actor Mark Ruffalo is an American actor and the co-founder of the Orpheus Theatre Company in Los Angeles, California. Ruffalo has appeared in several television shows and films including romantic comedies Rumor Has It and 13 Going On 30, and the 2001 Oscar nominated film You Can Count on Me, starring Laura Linney. On December 1, 2008, at around 1:40 a.m., Mark Ruffalo's younger brother, Scott, was shot in the head in his Beverly Hills apartment.
