Marion Cotillard is a French actress who won an Academy Award, Golden Globe, BAFTA, and a César, for her role as the French singer Édith Piaf in the 2007 film La Vie En Rose. She is the first actor to win an Academy Award for a film that is entirely in the French language.
She studied drama at the Conservatoire d'Art Dramatique in Orléans and her father, Jean-Claude Cotillard is an actor, playwright, and director.
