Mario Party 8

Mario Party 8 is a party game published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Wii. The game is the 8th in a series of other successful Mario Party games. Much like a board game players roll the dice and make their way through the board. During the process they try to collect as many coins and stars and possible to defeat other players.

While setting up a game players can choose from several characters and six themed boards. If less than four players are entered the remaining spots will be filled in by computer based players. On most boards 20 coins can be turned in for a star, the player with the most stars at the end of the game is crowned the winner. As players work they're way through the board there are obstacles, bonus and mini games at the conclusion of each round.
