Mario Kart Wii Mirror Mode

  • Mario Kart Wii, as with past Mario Kart games, has Mirror Mode. All of the courses in the game are flipped around, and players must travel in the opposite direction that they did in 50cc, 100cc or 150cc gameplay.

In addition, all of the characteristics of the courses are also different. All of the marquees appear in a reflector-like state, as if someone is looking at a mirror.

Players must pass all of the courses in 150cc to unlock Mirror Mode. Mirror Mode is played with the same speed as 150cc.

Initially, players can only use cycles in 50cc and 150cc modes. When a player passes the 100cc cups, players can then use cycles on that mode by pressing "Start" on the mode selection screen. Players can also use cycles in Mirror Mode, but they must pass all of the cups in 50cc, 100cc and 150cc first.

Players can use karts and motorcycles in Mirror Mode.

Once unlocked, Mirror Mode is also available in Versus Mode, as well as some instances in Online Mode.
