Mario Batali is a celebrity chef, author, restaurateur. He appears with Gwyneth Paltrow on the PBS series Spain On The Road Again.
Career

Batali opened his first restaurant, Po, in 1993. He then went on to open the Michelin Star winning Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, Lupa, Esca, Otto Enoteca Pizzeria, Casa Mono, Bar Jamon, Bistro Du Vent, Del Posto, Enoteca San Marco and B&B Ristorante.
He has also written multiple cookbooks, and appeared as an Iron Chef on Iron Chef America and on hosted his own show, Molto Mario, on the Food Network.
