Career
Batali opened his first restaurant, Po, in 1993. He then went on to open the Michelin Star winning Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, Lupa, Esca, Otto Enoteca Pizzeria, Casa Mono, Bar Jamon, Bistro Du Vent, Del Posto, Enoteca San Marco and B&B Ristorante.He has also written multiple cookbooks, and appeared as an Iron Chef on Iron Chef America and on hosted his own show, Molto Mario, on the Food Network.
