Maria Shriver issued an apology after photos revealed that she had been talking on her cell phone while driving. Shriver apologized via a statement on her website on October 14, 2009. Her husband, California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, signed the law that forbids driving and talking on a cell phone at the same time.
