Maria Kanellis is the cover model of Playboy Magazine's April 2008 issue, and appears in a pictorial feature.
Kanellis (as 'Maria') is a professional wrestler signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), as part of their WWE Raw cable TV show. In 2004, she was a contestant on the reality game show, Outback Jack, and has also made guest appearances on shows including Family Feud, and Project Runway.
Kanellis had reportedly declined previous offers to pose for Playboy, saying that she didn't want to embarrass her sister, who was still in high school. Her decision to pose for the April, 2008 issue was dramatized on RAW in February, with backstage segments and a ring match between Kanellis and Beth Phoenix, in which Kanellis "won" the right to do the pictorial.
