    In October of 2007, it was reported that Mezvinsky was dating former first daughter Chelsea Clinton. Mezvinsky and Clinton met through their parent's political ties in Washington when both were teenagers. They attended Stanford University together, where they both studied finance. They have remained friends ever since. It was long rumored that Mezvinzky and his fiancee Clinton were planning a wedding for the summer of 2009.
