Career Highlights
Vlasic began his career in 2003 with the Quebec Remparts in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Vlasic was drafted 35th overall in the 2005 NHL Draft by the San Jose Sharks. He continued with the Remparts for one season, then joined the Sharks for his NHL debut on October 5, 2006. Vlasic played 81 of 82 regular season games his rookie year, scoring three goals and 23 assists. His performance earned him a spot on the 2007 NHL All-Rookie Team. Vlasic played all 82 regular season games with the Sharks in the 2007-08, plus 13 playoff games.
