Manny Ramirez High Five Catch

  • On May 14, 2008 in a game against the Baltimore Orioles, outfielder Manny Ramirez of the Boston Red Sox, caught a fly ball hit by Kevin Millar. While running towards the center field wall to make the play, he would run up on the fence to stop his momentum. While in the air, he would give a high five to a Red Sox fan sitting in the front row. He would then turn around and throw the ball to Julio Lugo, who then fired the ball to first baseman Kevin Youkilis to throw out Aubrey Huff. Huff did not tag up at first base, completing the double play.
