Malcolm in the Middle was an American sitcom that aired on the FOX network. Created by Linwood Boomer, the show ran for seven seasons, and continues to be aired in local syndication, FX Network and Nickelodeon in the United States.
While the precise location of the sitcom was never shown, Malcolm in the Middle was shot in areas throughout Los Angeles, California.
The bank They Might Be Giants wrote and recorded the theme song, "Boss of Me", for the show. In 2002, the song won a Grammy Award for "Best Song Written for a Motion Picture", Television or Other Visual Media".
