What is Mahalo Follow?
- Mahalo Follow is a web browser add on that displays Mahalo results in a sidebar when you enter a search term that Mahalo covers into your current search engine. Mahalo doesn't have everything, but everything Mahalo has is amazing. With Mahalo Follow you can continue to use your current search engine and still view amazing Mahalo results whenever Mahalo has a page for your search term, without any extra effort. As you browse the web, Follow can also show you useful links related to the page you're on. You can download or play a video demo here

How do I use Mahalo Follow?
- After installing Mahalo Follow, click the flower icon anytime you want to see useful links related to page you're on. Mahalo Follow will automatically display Mahalo's results in a sidebar any time your search term matches a page on Mahalo.
Is there an option to stop Mahalo Follow from automatically displaying Mahalo's results when my search term matches a page on Mahlo?
- Yes, go to the "Tools" menu option, select "Add-ons", find Mahalo Follow and click "Preferences", then uncheck "Automatically open the Mahalo Follow sidebar when there is an exact match for your searches"
Why does Mahalo Follow open the sidebar on some searches but not others
- When you use other search engines, Mahalo Follow only displays Mahalo's results when there is a direct match on Mahalo.
How does Mahalo Follow find links related to the page I'm viewing?
- Mahalo Follow identifies keywords on the page, you can view the keywords Mahalo Follow uses at the bottom of the Mahalo Follow sidebar, and then finds the best matches for those keywords on Mahalo.
Why are the related links in the Mahalo Follow sidebar sometimes unrelated to the page I'm viewing?
- Mahalo Follow does its best to find Mahalo pages that are related to the page you're viewing, but Mahalo won't always have related pages. As the number of pages on Mahalo grows, the accuracy of Mahalo Follow improves.
Does Mahalo Follow store my personal data?
- No. Mahalo Follow is designed with your privacy in mind. It does not store your searches or log them in any way, and your searches are always anonymous. Mahalo.com, Inc. is never able to connect a search with a specific person.
