Mahalo is Growing

Mahalo is growing daily in regards to the number of active members, number of topic pages and number of questions being asked. We are a growing website and we appreciate your patience as we iron out any technical issues still persisting within Mahalo.
Before You Report

1. Most bugs are related to cache issues, before you report a bug, first do a hard refresh on your browser.
2. Try logging out and back into Mahalo.
3. Check the front page of Mahalo.com and the Mahalo Answers Technical Issues category to see if there are any announcements. Sometimes a Mahalo Bug could be related to updates or upgrades being performed by the Mahalo development team.

How to Report a Bug
We do have a team of developers working around the clock fixing bugs and adding new features, if you do run into a technical problem. Please submit an email to contact(at)mahalo.com - or visit our Contact page.
- In your email mention..
1. When the Problem happened.
2. What you were doing when you experienced the problem.
3. What type of browser and connection you are using.
4. Do you have a screenshot or video of bug? They help.
