There are nine weapons besides Jack's built-in chainsaw arm in MadWorld. Some of these weapons are easier to get than others, and some of them have finishing moves to take advantage of. Two of the nine weapons are secret weapons that can only be found throughout the game after the game is completed a first time.

Items
In addition to weapons in the game, there are also items that can help Jack on his adventure. There items include:- Happy Pill - This can restore some of Jack's life
- Happy Onion - This restores all of Jack's life and his chainsaw gauge

Stages
The city Jack is thrown into consists of different stages. Each stage has it's own bosses and weapons that become available. The stages in this game include:- Varrigan City - Includes the Central Station, Downtown and the Red Line Highway
- Asian Town - Has Great Wall Street, Bistro La Lusty Geisha, and the Sumo Arena
- Mad Castle - Begins in the Courtyard, moves to the Dungeon and ends in the Sanctuary
- Area 66 - Has the Access Hangar, the Maintenance Facility, and the Robot Factory

MadWorld Weapons
- Spiked Bat - It can hit people long distances, and it's used in Man Darts
- Daggers - Two very fast and small blades that having finishing moves
- Spear - Appears in Asian Town and can skewer up to three opponents at once
- Golf Club - Used in Man Golf and the courtyard of Mad Castle
- Tourch - It's in Mad Castle and enables Fire Breath
- Magnet Gun - Can be found in Area 66, try pressing the A button after sucking up a guy (B button)
- Missile Launcher - Only available in one specific scene in the game
- Double Chainsaw (Secret Weapon) - Used by the Bull boss, and unlocked after you beat the game
- Katana (Secret Weapon) - Unlock it by beating the game, it has a finishing move
