A variety of combos can be carried out in the game, MadWorld, by executing attacks using both the main character's bare hands and chainsaw prosthetic. In addition to the standard combos, there are also finishing moves.
About the Game

MadWorld is an over-the-top violent game set in the future. A deadly virus has broken out, forcing some citizens to be locked up away from the rest of humanity. But rather than let these citizens live in peace, the rest of the world watches them fight to the death as part of a gruesome underground show called DeathWatch.
Players take on the role of Jack, who happens to be one of the unlucky locked up citizens. Jack has no problems fighting with others and even has a chainsaw grafted onto his right arm to help him do more damage. In addition to the chainsaw and his bare hands, Jack can unlock other weapons to help him get the job done.Official Site: MadWorld
Violence

MadWorld contains graphic violence that's set off by a stark black and white art style. The writer of the game says he was actually challenged to show how violence could be bad, even in this stark backdrop. When he was contracted by the developer he actually got contradictory messages about how violence should be portrayed in the story. The development team told him that the main character was "not a righteous person" and that "violence is accepted" in the world. However the producer said "Violence should ultimately be denied in the end." This led the writer to come up with the idea of the underground televison show, DeathWatch, which is the setting for all of the battles in the game.IGN: MadWorld Developer Blog: Narrativity
