  • George Ouzounian, better known by his pen name, Maddox, is a satirical writer who gained his fame on the internet in the early 2000s. After becoming an internet celebrity, Maddox went on to write the New York Times Best Seller The Alphabet of Manliness. He attended The University of Utah, however he does not hold a degree. Until 2004, Maddox worked as a programmer for a telemarketing company, but he now makes enough money from selling merchandise online to "stay above water." Maddox along with Tucker Max have been referred to as the fathers of "fratire," which is a type of satire centered mainly around masculinity. Maddox currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah and continues to update his website with new writings. Maddox's writings can be found on his homepage titled "The Best Page in the Universe."
