Design Features
The MacBook was the first portable Apple computer to use a glosssy screen display. This design is to help increase color saturation on the screen but may reflect the glare from lights. The casing is made of polycarbonate, a kind of thermoplastic that molds easily when heated. It is only available in the colors white or black. -
