M. Night Shyamalan

M. Night Shyamalan is an American screenwriter/director/producer and occasional actor. He is best known for his films, The Sixth Sense, Signs, The Village and Lady in the Water. His films tend to feature a "twist" ending and some type of super natural plot. This has caused some to label him a "one trick pony" and lead some to question if Shyamalan should serve as both screenwriter and director for his films. Shyamalan has also been known to make a small cameo appearance in each of his films. In 1993 he married psychologist Bhavna Vaswani, together they live in Willistown Township, Pennsylvania.
