Lynn Marie Nabozny is a resident of Newport Beach who was in a car which is believed to have been involved in a crash on March 11, 2009, which resulted in the death of Charles Lewis Jr., also known as "The Mask". Nabozy was in the car driven by Jeffrey David Kirby. Kirby has arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter. Nabozny was arrested for public intoxication, but was released the next day. The Crash
Both cars were driving at a high speed when a police officer saw them swerving out of control on the road. Lewis' car crashed into a pole. Police later saw Kirby's Porsche.
