Socialite Lydia Hearst is a model and socialite. She is the daughter of Patricia Campbell Hearst and Bernard Shaw and the great granddaughter of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst.
In June of 2009, posters featuring a topless Hearst promoting the movie The Last International Playboy began appearing in several U.S. cities.
