On January 19, 2009, reports confirmed that Kelly Osbourne was arrested for assaulting gossip columnist, Zoe Griffin, after Griffin insulted Luke Worrell. Griffin implied the Worrell was stupid, and that he didn't even know what an earthquake was, and Osbourne slapped Griffin in reply.
