Background

Duvall became sick with Swine Flu the day after playing in a football game on October 3, 2009. Most of the other players on his team, the cheerleaders, and the players on the opposing team also fell ill, but they have all since recovered uneventfully. On Tuesday morning, October 6, Duvalll's fever broke and he was feeling better, but by that evening he was seriously ill. He was admitted to Arkansas Children's Hospital on October 7, where he has been kept in a medically induced coma while on a respirator.
