Current Episode - Episode Eleven: Happily Ever After
Hydra Island
0:00 – Zoey assists Desmond as he wakes up. He’s unaware of where he is. He tries to sit up, but has trouble. Widmore enters the room, and Desmond recognizes him. Desmond asks what happened, and Widmore explains that he was shot by Ben. Desmond calls for Penny. Widmore explains that they are back on the island. Desmond is horrified, and attacks Widmore. His guards pull Desmond off of Widmore, and Widmore departs, saying the island isn’t done with him yet
2:35 – As Widmore exits, he tells Zoey to set up “the test”, which is not scheduled until the next day. Jin departs with Zoey, and they go to another building. Zoey tells the men in the other building to start up the generator for the test. The man explains the generator has not been on it 20 years. They try anyways – it doesn’t work. A man runs outside to a large coil or wires with a small mechanism. They find the bad breaker, and the man flips the switch. The man outside by the coils seems to be caught in some sort of magnetic field. They turn the machine off and run outside. He is fried. Widmore approaches, with Desmond in tow, saying that he is next.
7:40 – The burned man is carried away. Others force Desmond to sit in the chair. He is told that if everything he’s said is true, Desmond will be fine. Desmond is told that when he is done, he needs to make a sacrifice. Widmore says his son died on the Island, and his family won’t even speak to him. If Desmond does not cooperate, his family will be gone too. Everyone exists, and the door to the room is closed. Desmond breaks out of his chair and struggles to get out.
9:35 – Widmore returns to the control room and demands the generator be turned on. Desmond is the only person that’s survived a massive electromagnetic event, and Widmore needs to know he can do it again. As the generator goes to full power, Desmond panics, but is not immediately injured. There is a flash, and suddenly we are in the airport.
Airport
11:00 – Desmond is at the arrival board. Hurley approaches him, saying his bags are on carousel 4, as they were on the same flight. As Desmond goes to the carousel, Claire is struggling with her bags, and Desmond assists her. She’s having trouble with her bags, and Desmond offers to give her a ride. Desmond says he bets Claire is having a boy, and then departs. Desmond finds his driver, George, who takes his bags. They walk to the car. Desmond is on a work trip. The driver says he can do anything Desmond needs. He suggests that he can even get Desmond an “escort”. Desmond says he is the bosses’ right hand man, and here only for work.

18:52 – Widmore finishes a phone call as Desmond waits. He mentions his son, who is a musician. Charlie mentions driveshaft, and says their driveshaft was arrested, and is now in trouble. Widmore says he is blessed to have Desmond as an employee. They drink 60 year old scotch.

He choked when the hit turbulence, he began to pass out and saw a girl - blonde. He says he knows they’ve always been together and always will be together. As he woke up, he saw Jack, and didn’t like it. He says that’s the truth. Desmond says the real truth is that alcohol will kill him, and end his career. He needs Charlie to come with him to go a restaurant and meet Charles Widmore.
25:20 – In the car, they hear Driveshaft’s first song. Charlie asks Desmond if he likes it. Charlie explains how Desmond only thinks he’s happy, but he’s not. Charlie offers Desmond a choice. He says he can take it, or get out of the car. Suddenly, Charlie grabs the wheel and spins them to the side. They crash into the harbour. Charlie is knocked out. Desmond escapes the vehicle. He surfaces, catches his breathe, and goes back for Charlie. The door is locked. Charlie wakes up, and puts his hand on the wind, similar to an earlier episode. Desmond remembers the “not Penny’s Boat” scene, but Charlie passes out again. Desmond contemplates abandoning him, but wrenches the door open and pulls Charlie to the surface. He calls for help.
32:27 – Desmond is brought to the hospital. He asks to see Charlie. The doctor asks him if he’s been seeing hallucinations, and he says he doesn’t know how to answer. The doctor wants to send him to an MRI, and he won’t see Charlie until after. He appears on the table prepared for the MRI. He is given earplugs, and a “panic button” in case he needs to stop. The doctor starts the machine from another room. In the MRI, he sees visions of Charlie, of Penny, his baby, and more. These are things that have happened in the future (2004-2007). Desmond hits the panic button and runs to find Charlie. The women won’t give him the information. Desmond sees Jack, and they notice they were on the same flight. Desmond asks where Charlie went. Suddenly, they see Charlie run by in a hospital gown, pushing people and things out of the way, trying to escape. He is cornered by Desmond. Desmond asks to see Charlie’s hand, but there is nothing there. Desmond asks who Penny is, and Charlie says “he saw it”. Charlie says that none of this matters, except that they felt it. He tells Desmond not to worry about him, and to start looking for Penny.
41:57 – Desmond calls Widmore and explains how Charlie is gone. Widmore is angry. Widmore tells Desmond that he has to tell Mrs. Widmore that it’s “only a concert” if that’s Desmond’s opinion. Desmond arrives at Widmore’s. The driver says good luck. His wife is Eloise Widmore (nee Hawking). She appears to be mean, but meets him kindly. Eloise asks why Desmond is here. He explains how Driveshaft can’t perform. She appears understanding, and says it’s fine. She says unpredictability comes with the territory of rockstars. She thanks Desmond for coming in person. Desmond departs. As he is walking by people discussing the guestlist, he hears Penny’s name. He asks to see the guestlist, but Eloise stops his. She asks him to come with her. She pulls him aside, and asks everyone else to leave. She says she wants him to stop, as something has affected how he sees things. It’s a “violation”, and he needs to stop looking. She says she knows what he wants, and he has it. Desmond demands to see the list, but Eloise says he’s not ready, and then walks away. Desmond is confused.
46:35 – Desmond returns to the car, and asks for a drink. He tells the driver to “just drive” but there is a knock at the window. It’s Daniel Faraday, but he refers to himself as Daniel Widmore, saying that they need to talk.
52:20 – Daniel pulls Desmond aside, and asks if he believes in love at first site. Daniel explains a girl he saw. By the description, it sounds to be Charlotte. He says he already loved her when he saw her. He pulls out a book, and shows Desmond something he wrote – a formula. Daniel says he doesn’t know what it is, because he’s a musician. It’s so advanced, it could only be written by someone studying physics their entire life. He explains that the only way to stop something bad from happening is by releasing energy – like a nuclear bomb. He says that this wasn’t supposed to be their lives – he doesn’t want to set off a bomb, but he thinks he already did, and thats why they’re there. Desmond asks about Penny, and Daniel says (like Charlie) that Desmond “felt it”. Daniel says that Desmond felt love. Desmond explains that the girl is only an idea, and she might not even exist. Daniel then says the girl is his half sister, and Desmond can meet her.
55:49 – It’s night, and Desmond approaches a stadium. He sees a girl (Penny), running the stairs. He walks to meet her. She stops to check her time, and sits down. She says hi. He asks if the girl is Penny. He smiles and says hello, introducing himself. She appears confused.

58:21 – As they walk through the woods, Zoey asks what happened to Desmond. He says a lot can happen in 20 minutes. He is co operating. Suddenly, Sayid appears, and kills one of the men. He tells Zoey to run, and asks Desmond to join him. Desmond agrees, and follows.
Los Angeles
59:22 – In the stadium, Desmond wakes up. Penny says she shook his hand and he passed out. She asks if they’d met. He says no, and asks Penny to go for coffee. At first she says no, but then agrees to meet him in an hour. She walks away happy, and laughing. Desmond walks back to his Limo and gets in. He’s beaming. The driver asks if he found what he was looking for, and Desmond says he did. Then, Desmond asks the driver to get the manifest from their flight from Sydney. Desmond he just needs it to show “him” something.

Spoilers via Carlton Cuse's Twitter - Intentional, or Unintentional?
On April 3, 2010, the following picture was released through a tweet on Carlton Cuse's Twitter account. http://twitter.com/CarltonCuse/status/11558575386
In the background, some notes can be clearly seen. There is debate amongst fans what exactly these notes refer to. Are they notes for later in season six? Are they for an unannounced seventh season? Are they notes from an earlier season, taken out of context? Could they just be one big joke that Cuse is playing to drive everyone crazy?
Some of the notes that can be clearly read:
On the whiteboard
- "Possible __ Season I(deas).
- " 1. _____ is the NEW Jac(ob)."
- "Claire and s______"
- "Get Married"
Paper Notes
- "1950 Others"
- "Locke in _____ "
- "Widmore, rescued by Sayid"
- "Jack's group lands on runway"
- "Locke in coffin. Jack/(Ben?) start mission to convince _____"
- "Flight #154 survivors find Locke, incarcerate him"
- "Reveal Hydra Island, main Island is in ______"
Additionally, on March 31 2010, Cuse released the following tweet:
...next week on LOST we will see a character named "Simmons"...http://twitter.com/CarltonCuse/status/11382922768
Some feel that the blanks "Claire and s________ get married" may be space for the new character "Simmons". Others feel that "Sayid" may fit into this blank.
Either way, whether intentional or not, this could be a significant spoiler for the remainder of the show, given that it is not just a late April Fools Day prank.

Richard begs for help, and says he cannot free them; Richard would only kill them. Suddenly, the sound of the smoke can be heard, and the ship shakes. Above, men are screaming, and then, silence. There are many lightening noises, and the sound stops.

More time passes, and he is again awakened. He has not had food or water. A woman comes into the ship. It the woman from the village. She explains that they are both in hell. She says the Devil is gone but they need to escape before it returns. She knows because she saw evil in his eyes. As the smoke returns, Richard tells the woman to run. The cork is the only think keeping the darkness where is belongs, and the cork is the island. MIB thinks it is in people's nature to sin. Jacob is here to prove them wrong, but they all died. He wanted them to learn right and wrong without telling them. Richard claims that if Jacob doesn't, MIB will. Jacob asks Richard if he wants a job. Richard asks what. Jacob says Richard can be Jacob's representative, because Jacob doesn't want to do it. Richard asks for his wife in return, but Jacob cannot do that. He can't absolve his sins either. However, Jacob claims that he can make Richard live forever, and touches Richard.
55:50 – Richard walks back to the MIB. MIB is upset that he let Jacob talk. Richard gives MIB a white rock, and says that he can now never see his wife again, but he can change his mind at any time. He says he was wrong, and that he could change his mind. He asks if the offer still stands. He yells it, and looks around. From the jungle, Hurley appears. Richard tells Hurley to leave. Hurley says Richard's wife Isabella sent him, and wants to know why Richard buried the cross. Hurley says Isabella is standing right next to him, but Richard can't see her because he doesn't believe. He looks right at her, but can't see her. In Spanish, he asks if she is really here. She wants Richard to close his eyes, and Hurley says he will translate. She says it wasn't his fault she died, and it was simply her time to go. She says he's suffered enough. He seems to be able to hear her as she touches his face. He only wants to be together with him, and she claims they already are. Richard opens his eyes, and Isabella is gone. Richard begins to cry again, and puts the necklace on. The necklace is how they will stay together. Richard says thanks. Hurley also says that Isabella had said one more thing. Richard needs to stop MIB from leaving the island. MIB is Locke.
On Island – (Unsure of whether this is in past or present)
1:03:03 – MIB, still on the island, sits on a cliff overlooking the valley. Jacob approaches. MIB is holding the white rock. Jacob states that MIB tried to kill him. MIB can't leave until Jacob dies. Preshow Rumors - Episode Seven: Dr. Linus
Dr. Linus aired March 9th 2010 at 9/8c on ABC Television.
This episode will feature Benjamin Linus. A sneak peak released by ABC depicts Ben teaching in a high-school history class (also seen in Episode 4: The Substitute). He is talking about an island called "Elba" where Napoleon went to face a test. It is, of course, speculated that this island is the island featured in the show. Ben speaks of how Napoleon was stripped of his power on this island. The context is unknown.
Another official trailer as seen on TV states "The man who brought death to so many will face is own demise". The man they are discussing is Ben, the focus of the episode. In an earlier episode, we learned that Ben joined the Hostiles to help extinguish the Dharma Initiative from their home in the barracks. Many speculate this episode may bring Ben's death, as the majority of his character arc has been exhausted, and it is suggested in the trailer. We must remember, however, that Lost loves to throw twists at the viewer, and it is highly unlikely they would let the death of such a major character out through previews.
Last episode (Episode 6: Sundown), we left Ben with Ilana, Sun and Frank as they found the temple. All survived the smoke monster's attack, and the end of the episode showed the four, with other survivors, departing into the jungle with Man In Black/Smoke Monster/Locke.

They reach a hallway with a large hole in the floor. They need to get around. Kate goes first, carefully. Hurley goes next, and almost falls. Next is Jin and Jack, carrying Sayid. Suddenly, Kate begins to hear whispers. When everyone else crosses the hole, Kate is gone. Jack looks for her, and hears everyone else's screams from behind him. They are all gone. Now Jack hears whispers too. Suddenly, he is grabbed from behind, knocked out, and dragged away.

She pulls it apart and tries to use the pieces to get her handcuffs off. The marshall washes his hands. He steps on a small piece of the pen that Kate dropped. Getting suspicious, he tells her to get out. He talks to her through the crack in the door. She kicks the door out, knocking him out on the counter. She steals his gun, and takes his jacket, using it to cover her handcuffs. Other people come in the bathroom, and Kate runs.

(12:22) Kate, Jack, Hurley, Jin, and Sayid reach the temple, escorted by several guards. An important looking man approaches with a translator. Another woman from Oceanic 815 is there as well. They ask who they are. The translator says to shoot them, but Hurley stops them by saying Jacob sent them. The translator wants them to prove it. Hurley can't come up with anything – but suddenly remembers the guitar case. The leader opens it. Inside is a large wooden ankh. The leader examines it, and then breaks it over his knee. Inside is a note on paper. The leader reads it. The translator asks for their names, as the leader reads the paper. The leader folds the paper looking satisfied, and asks that they accompany him inside to the spring. Hurley demands to know what the paper says. The translator says the paper said that if Sayid dies, everyone is in trouble.
LA – Airport

On Island – Temple
(17:30) – The men from the temple bring everyone inside. There is a pool of water inside that they call the spring. It's red. The translator asks why it isn't clear, but there is no answer. The leader cuts his hand and puts it in the water. When he pulls his hand out, it is still cut. The translator asks who hut Sayid. He says there are risks to Sayid if they attempt to heal him. Jack agrees that they should do what they have to do to save Sayid. They take off his coveralls, and two men help him into the water.
(19:50) - The leader flips a large sand timer. Three men hold Sayid face-down under the water. Sayid begins to struggle, but the sand has not finished in the timer, so they will not let him up. Everyone yells at the men to stop. Sayid's body goes still – he's drowned. The sand in the timer runs out, and they pull Sayid up. They carry him out of the water and put him on the floor. The leader checks him, and tells everyone that Sayid is dead.
(22:01) – As the translator and the leader leave, Jack walks over the Sayid's body. He checks his vitals, and begins CPR. Kate tries to stop Jack, saying that it's silly, as Sayid is dead. Jack continues, but eventually Kate forces him to stop.

Kate yells at the cab to drive away, and he does
On Island – Temple

(26:26) – The translator and Hurley enter the leader's room, and the leader asks what Jacob told Hurley. Hurley says that Jacob said Sayid would be saved if they brought him to the temple. The leader (via the translator) says that Sayid was beyond saving. Hurley then notices that though he's hearing everything from the leader through the translator, nothing needs to be translated back to the leader. This means the leader understands English. In English, the translator states that he doesn't like speaking English. The translator asks when Jacob is coming to the temple. Hurley tells them that Jacob is deal. The translator and the leader are surprised to learn this.
(27:26) – Everyone runs outside, and the translator shouts for everyone to get to their posts. One man brings a large bag of powder and surrounds the temple with it. They set something up that shoots a small rocket/firework into the sky. Everyone has a job. The translator tells Hurley they are doing this “to keep him out”.
On Island – Statue
(28:21) – In the room under the statue, Locke drags one of the dead bodies off to the side. Ben sits beside the fire, and asks Locke “what he is”. Locke says he is a who. Ben states that Locke is the monster, and Locke says “lets not resort to name calling”. Locke drags another body away. Ben accuses Locke of using him, because Locke couldn't kill Jacob himself. Locke says he was confused when he was killed. Ben assumes this means Jacob, and doubts Jacob would be confused about anything. Locke (who is clearly not the real Locke) states that he is actually talking about John Locke. Locke says the last thought that went through Locke's head was that he didn't understand. He also says that John was very confused when he first came to the island, and was weak – always mad at people for what he couldn't do. He also states that John was admirable, because he wanted to stay on the island due to his pitiful life at home. Ben asks what Locke wants. Fake Locke says the only think he wants is what Locke didn't want – to go home.
On Island – Temple

Kate tells him about the temple, and the others that are there protecting them. Sawyer look like he is in pain, and Kate apologizes for his loss of Juliet. Sawyer looks at Jack angrily, as he still believes Juliet's death was Jack's fault. Kate tells Sawyer that it wasn't Jack's fault. Sawyer says he won't kill Jack so that he has to suffer on the Island as well.
LA - Airport
(32:43) – Jack is on the phone with his mother, explaining how the coffin has been lost. Jack tells her they need to delay the service. Locke is also there. They are at the lost baggage claim. Locke asks Jack what he's lost, and Jack explains bringing his father back. Locke gives his condolences. Locke says that they didn't lose Jack's father – they just lost his body. Locke explains how he's only lost knives, and gives the explanation that he is a salesman. As Locke leaves, Jack asks how Locke got into the wheelchair. Jack gives Locke his business card, and tells him to call for a free consultation.

After a threat by the translator, Jack gets up, and attacks the guards. Hurley yells for Jack to stop, and Sayid, who has been dead for 2 hours, gets up, apparently uninjured, and asks what happened.

Jack tries again to pull it out of his mouth, and finds a small baggie of drugs. Charlie wakes up. He asks if he's alive.
On the Island
(28:15) – They are still trying to rescue Juliet by using chains and the van to move the beam. Finally, it moves. Using a flashlight, Sawyer goes inside, and finds Juliet pinned under rubble. She is barely alive. She wakes up and says hello. She asks where they are but Sawyer doesn't answer and says he's going to get her out. She says it didn't work, since they are still on the island. Ben and Locke hide. When they look for Locke, he is gone, but a bullet on the ground bounced off of him. Suddenly, they hear the noise of the black smoke and it enters the room. The men shoot, but nothing happens. The smoke grabs and kills them all. One uses powder to stop the smoke coming inside a ring around him, but the smoke throws a piece of rock at the man, who then has a piece of wood shoved through him. Ben is unharmed, and looks around after the smoke exits. Behind him, he hears footsteps. It's Locke. Locke states “I'm sorry you had to see me like that”. This gives the idea that Locke has become the black smoke, or the black smoke has taken the shape of Locke after Locke was killed.
