Introduction
- This walkthrough is intended to help players beat Lost Odyssey and make the most out of their time playing it.
- If you find that any of the following strategies aren't working for you, try leveling up.
- Keep the following in mind when using magic: Ground beats Water, Wind beats Ground, Fire beats Wind, and Water beats Fire.
- Keep in mind: if one of the immortals gets KO'd in battle, you don't have to use a revive item. They automatically get up after a few rounds.

Walking Controls
- Left Analog Stick - Movement
- Right Analog Stick - Move camera
- Start - Pause
- Back - Change map size, skip event (when paused)
- A - Action/Examine/Talk
- Hold X - Dash
- Hold B - Walk
- Y - Menu
- Right Trigger - Zoom camera
- Note: A is set to Confirm and B is set to Cancel. These controls can be reversed in the settings screen.

Unfortunately, Kaim has lost his memory and only remembers fragmentsof his past. He is the strongest character in the game, yet has relativly weak magic stats.

- Description: Jansen is the first mortal who joins the party, and when Kaim meets him he is working as a messenger for Gongora. Jansen works as the "comic relief" of Lost Odyssey, and also happens to be an alcoholic and a womanizer. He is best left in the back row providing a magical assault to your enemies.

- Description: Mack is Cooke's younger brother, and is a rather flexible character since you can use him in the front row using physical attacks or in the back row using magic. His usage of Spirit Magic is vital to your success, since you can use his spells (Powera and Minda for example) to beef up your characters during a fight, making it easy for you to win a battle. Furthermore, his skill Combo is fantastic since it allows you to use physical attacks twice on one turn.
