Ghost Town I
- Enemies: Numara Soldier, Numara Cavalry, Mud Puppet, Roxian
- The area you enter is rather dilapidated, but if you head forward and take a right you'll head into a walled off area.
- Open the treasure chest to find 5 Sandman Seals.
- Go north until you gain a cutscene and a battle.
- TIP: Attack the soldiers one at a time. Use Flare bombs intermittently through attacking with Kaim and Seth, and Jansen casting Flare. Cast Zephyr when your HP drops below 200.
- Head to the small section on the left. Probe the pot to gain a Kelo-Vitamin.
- Go back to the main path. Continue north until you reach another small section to the right. Probe the pot to obtain 4 Hard Skins.
- Go back to the main path and follow it until you reach the next area.
- Head to the right of the house and probe the pot for a Seed (40/99).
- Continue forward to probe another pot to get a Mana Herb. Head to the very back of the house to open a treasure chest. It will contain a Slot Seed.
- Turn around and go to the well. You will see another Pipot. Give Pipot your seeds and you will get an Earth Charm in return.
- NOTE: This Pipot will trade you Antidotes for Anti-Paralysis Herb, Eye drops for Smelling Salts, and Smelling Salts for Antidotes.
- Head into the house.
- Probe the pot behind the table to obtain 3 Eastern Red Ores.
- Approach Cooke and Mack to trigger some cutscenes.

Ghost Town II
- Now you need to collect materials for the upcoming procedure. Melvi will instruct you to collect 10 Flowers as Cooke and 10 Branches as Kaim. They are big, white flowers in the following locations:
- TIP: Keep an eye out for branches. You will be collecting those next.
- There are 4 flowers in the Funeral Beach Area.
- In the yard on the right of the house.
- In the yard behind the house.
- In the very back yard behind the house.
- Touching the right side of the house.
- There are 6 flowers in the City of Ruins area.
- In the first section you see on the right.
- In the first section you see on the left.
- In the area beyond the well.
- In the area to the left, beyond the well.
- Under the archway that's beyond the well.
- In the section to the left.
- Go back to Melvi.
- Collect all 10 branches.
- There are 5 branches in the Funeral Beach area.
- In back of the house and to the right.
- In the yard on the right of the house.
- In the yard behind the house.
- In the very back yard, behind the house.
- Near the gateway to the house, as you go to leave.
- There are 5 branches in the City of Ruins area.
- In the first section you see on the right.
- In the first section you see on the left.
- In the area to the left of the well.
- In the area beyond the well.
- Right next to the other branch.
- Go back to Melvi.
- The ceremony begins and the torch mini-game starts.
- The objective is to move your torch to theirs in order to light it.
- Left stick to adjust the torch. Press Y to raise the torch. Press A to lower the torch. Press B to move it right. Press X to move it left. Follow the tutorial and begin.
- Once all the torches are lit, a scene will trigger.
- Head upstairs. Open the treasure chest to obtain the white magic spell Kelolon. Examine the cabinet for 1G. Rest if you wish.
- Save at the Save Sphere.
- Head back to Numara Port. Unlock a dream: Evening Bell Dream.
- Go to Canal Street and head across the bridge to unlock another dream: Portritist of the Dead.
- Follow the street to White Square.
- Talk to Lato and learn about Cubic Music Scores.
- Play the first piece. The sequence: C-E-G-C.
- You will get the black magic spell Force.
- Exit Numara and head to the Crimson Forest.

The Crimson Forest I
- After the cutscene, walk forward and save at the Save Sphere.
- Head right and ram the rock pillar to gain an Angel's Plume.
- Continue forward until you see the purple plants. Kick them to get a Crystal Fragment. Kick the other purple plant to get another Crystal Fragment.
- Pass the platform and follow the path until you see another rock pillar. Kick it to obtain an Anti-Paralysis Herb.
- Head south and kick another purple plant for a Crystal Fragment.
- Turn around and follow the path until you reach another rock pillar. Ram it and get tossed into a battle.
- Kick the purple plant for a Crystal Fragment. Ignore the path leading northwest for now.
- Head southwest to ram another rock pillar for a Seed (41/99). Continue down the path to kick a purple plant to get another Crystal Fragment.
- Save at the Save Sphere.
- Head back to the path you ignored earlier. Approach the wall to trigger a cutscene.
- Ram the log and head into the Near Swamp.
- Go to the right and kick the purple plant to get a Crystal Fragment.
- Turn around and head up the hill. Kick the purple plant to get another Crystal Fragment.
- Follow the path and cross the bridge. Kick the purple plant to obtain a Crystal Fragment.
- Turn around and cross the other bridge. Ram the rock pillar for a Anti-Paralysis Herb.
- Head back to the beginning of the area and take the right path.
- Continue forward until you kick a purple plant to obtain a Crystal Fragment. Take a few more steps to find another purple plant. Kick it for another Crystal Fragment.
- Head to the other side of the area to ram a rock pillar to get a Mana Capsule.
- Turn around and take the path to the right.
- Follow the southern path to ram another rock pillar. It will obtain a Seed (42/99).
- Head northeast and kick a purple plant for a Crystal Fragment.
- Take the left path at the fork to head into the next area.
- Head to the right to kick a purple plant to get a Crystal Fragment.
- Save at the Save Sphere.
- Step onto the glowing glyph to take you into the lower area.
- Walk to the right. Grab and roll the rock onto the platform.
- Another platform will descend. Go to the platform and pick up the Tablet Fragment'.
- Kick the purple plant to gain another Crystal Fragment.
- Exit the room to enter the Dungeon Shrine.
- Walk forward to see a door closing.
- Start to take the stairs. Be aware a boulder will roll down towards you. Dash and dodge the boulder by getting on the ledge on the left.
- Head to the top and kick the purple plant for a Crystal Fragment.
- Step onto the grey block and dodge the boulder.
- Head to the column. Grab it and push it until the green light turns red.
- Step on the grey block. The boulder will crash through the door.
- Walk over to the third staircase. Open the treasure chest to get a Lucky Clover.
- Head down the path to reach another area. Kick the two purple plants to obtain two Crystal Fragments.
- Head back to the staircases area. Open the chest to the left for the black magic spell Curse.
- Approach to blue recovery sphere. Save at the Save Sphere.
- Go to the left towards where Several Earth Colossi are standing. You have the option to either avoid them or fight them.
- TIP: Use the recovery sphere between fights of the Earth Colossi.
- Kick the purple plant for a Crystal Fragment.
- Open the chest to obtain Cubic Music Score 2.
- Head to the opposite side. Open the chest to get a Slot Seed.
- Kick the purple plant to the left of the staircase to find a Crystal Fragment.
- Save at the Save Sphere.
- Head into the next room.
- BOSS: Obsidian Miasma
- NOTE: One of your characters is being held captive. If her HP is drained to nothing, you will lose and it will be game over.
- TIP: Have Kaim's and Seth's skills be: Relax, Stand Ready, and Guard Heal.
- Focus attacks on the Tentacle that is holding your character. Have Jansen cast Flare, while Kaim and Seth attack or use bombs. Continue until she is freed.
- Have Kaim and Seth take turns healing and defending. Jansen and Cooke should cast Flare until all the tentacles are defeated. Also have Cooke cast All-Barrier.
- TIP: Keep HP of all party members above 300 to survive the more powerful attacks.
- Do not attack the puppet. Just like before, if this character's HP hits zero, it is game over.
- Cast Sleep on the puppet. Attack the Obsidian Miasma with the same strategy as the tentacles.
- The puppet will wake up periodically. Cast sleep on him again.
- TIP: Watch and make sure the puppet doesn't wake. If he does, you will attack him and not the Obsidian Miasma.
- After defeating the boss, you will be moving to Disk 2.
- Achievement: Survived (125g).
