• This is Part 11 of our complete Lost Odyssey Walkthrough, featuring The Disk 3 of the Lost Odyssey game which includes City of Saman I, Ice Canyon I, Ice Canyon II, and Gohtza City I.

  • City of Saman I

    1. Walk forward and head into the door to the right.
    2. Talk to Oreego to buy and sell items. Talk to Ringmaker Trace to make new rings.
    3. Probe the pot to the right to get 3 Raging Beast's Eyes.
    4. Probe the pot to the left to get the spirit magic spell Regenera.
    5. Walk down the hallway. Probe the pot to obtain a Bind Healer.
    6. Go through the metal door.
    7. Talk to Auctioneer Zole.
    8. NOTE: If he says he doesn't have anything to sell, that means you collected all the items from places you can no longer return to.
    9. Head back to the Port of Saman and onto Main Street.
    10. Talk to Investigator Zeckte. Agree to give him the secret ledger. Go inside the House of Riordan the Merchant.
    11. Talk to the Investigator again. You will receive a Solid Spartan and a Spartan Ring.
    12. Exit the house.
    13. Head to the exit near the inn to trigger a cutscene.
    14. Approach the door and choose Yes.
    15. Exit the inn.
    16. Save at the Save Sphere.
    17. Head to the stand where Dandy the Crow used to be. You will unlock the dream: Bright Rain.
    18. Walk down Main Street until you reach a group of three men. Talk to them for a scene.
    19. Talk to Talio and choose Not at all. Your answer will trigger a scene.
    20. Head back towards the tree and to the left side of the stand. Examine the shiny object to trigger another scene. You will receive a General's Pen.
    21. Go into Audun's Item Shop. Talk to Valle to get treasure hunt information. Buy and sell items.
    22. Exit the shop.
    23. Talk to Talio again. He will give you treasure hunt information.
    24. Head to the Port. Walk to the end of the pier. Pick up the spirit magic spell Splitter. Return to Main Street.
    25. Go into the Tavern. Speak to Zamilo to get treasure hunt information.
    26. Exit the tavern.
    27. Exit the town. Head to Ice Canyon.
    28. TIP: This is a good point to go to Numara Atoll. You can level your party members and learn new skills before you enter the next boss battle.

  • Ice Canyon I

    1. NOTE: You will encounter Elmons here. They can steal items, accessories, and weapons from you. You can regain items by going back and fighting them until you finish a side quest.
    2. TIP: The best option is to ensure nothing gets stolen. In battle, fight and kill Elmons first to avoid getting things stolen. Not only is losing items frustrating, but getting the items returned can become harder with the more items that are stolen.
    3. Save at the Save Sphere.
    4. Head north and exit to Ice Gorge.
    5. Walk forward and take the path to the left up the hill.
    6. Cross two ice bridges and open the chest to the left. It will contain a Seed (62/99).
    7. Cross the third ice bridge.
    8. Head right around the corner. Talk to the group of Elmons for a scene.
    9. Turn around and slide down. Continue north until you can pick up a Water Charm off the ground.
    10. Exit to Blizzard Peak.
    11. Walk forward and open the chest to get a Blazing Ruby.
    12. Continue on and take the path to the left.
    13. Carefully navigate pass the 3 wind currents. Slide down and follow the path south. Open the chest to get a Seed (63/99).
    14. NOTE: Hitting the wind current will knock you down to the path below. You will also lose HP.
    15. Exit the area by heading towards the screen.
    16. Open the chest to find Cubic Music Score 5.
    17. Return to Blizzard Peak.
    18. Slide down to the path below. Follow the path up until you see a chest below you. Slide down the slope. Open the chest to obtain 5 Tornado Leaves.
    19. Slide down the slope. Head back up the path, keeping close to the mountain wall.
    20. Take the path to the right. Go through the cave until you get through to the other side to trigger a scene.
    21. Open the chest to find a Warm Vest.
    22. Turn around and go back through the cave. Slide down the slope to follow the penguin.
    23. Examine the penguin to gain an Amulet.
    24. Go back up the path.
    25. Head down the left path. Carefully jump over the 2 wind currents. Follow the path down. Ram the pile of snow. Turn around and go past the 2 wind currents.
    26. Take the southern path. Jump over 2 more wind currents. Open the chest to get Earrings of wisdom.
    27. Turn around and jump the 2 currents again.
    28. Follow the path down to the left.
    29. Continue down the path, until you reach a Save Sphere.
    30. Save at the Save Sphere.
    31. Go forward and exit the area.
    32. Head into the clearing to trigger a cutscene and a boss battle.
    • BOSS: Dinozaor
    1. NOTE: Dinozaor has the ability to create Formation Paralysis and pull the back row to the front row.
    2. NOTE: Dinozaor has over 20,000 HP and deals a lot of damage.
    3. TIP: Equip bio rings on Kaim and Seth as well as the combo skill. Have freeform equipped on your party members.
    4. TIP: Since it is nice to have freeform learned and equipped, have most of your party consist of Immortals. The mortal character can equip the accessory.
    5. Have Mack cast Powera on Kaim and Seth and Speedus on everyone else. Have Sarah and Ming cast all-generate and all-shield.
    6. When your party members are placed in the front row, you have a choice to take time to return your party members to your original formation or leave them in the front row.
    7. Have Kaim and Seth use attack and the skill combo. Mack can switch between attacking and healing depending on what you need more. Sarah can cast spells while Ming casts Zephyr throughout the battle.

  • Ice Canyon II

    1. Head forward and follow the path to the right. Open the chest to get the Elmon Crown.
    2. Turn around and head back down.
    3. Exit the area by going north.
    4. Return to the Ice Canyon - South.
    5. Save at the Save Sphere.
    6. Go to the Ice Gorge.
    7. Head back to the group of Elmons. Along the way, make sure an Elmon steals the crown from you in battle.
    8. NOTE: If they steal a lot of items before they steal the crown, you may want to exit without saving and reload your last save game. The more items they steal, the more damage they will inflict on you during the battle with them.
    9. Talk to them to trigger a battle.
    • BOSS: Elmon Leader
    1. Note: The battle gets harder after you defeat all the Elmons except the Leader.
    2. TIP: Equip the accessory or skill Anti-seal on your casters.
    3. Defeat the Elmons first. Have Kaim and Seth attack. Ming, Sarah, and Cooke should cast All-barrier, Winda/Gamble, and Zephyr to heal everyone.
    4. After the battle, your items will be returned.
    5. The Elmon in this area will no longer steal your items.
    6. Leave the Ice Canyon and head to the city of Gohtza.

  • Gohtza City I

    1. Walk through to the north exit.
    2. Continue forward until you trigger a cutscene.
    3. Head left to go into the Hotel.
    4. Save at the Save Sphere. Rest if you wish to.
    5. Exit the hotel.
    6. Continue down the path and take a right in front of the monitor.
    7. Enter the building to the right.
    8. Talk to Sigrum on the left and Kessie on the right to buy and sell items.
    9. TIP: Make sure you have at least 10,000G you can use for a later side quest.
    10. Talk to Ringmaker Trace if you want new rings.
    11. Once you are done shopping, exit the store.
    12. Go right and head down the path until you reach the end. Probe the pot gain 3 Pendulums.
    13. NOTE: Do not approach the elevator to the left. It will trigger a scene to move the story forward.
    14. Turn around and head back towards the hotel.
    15. Before you reach it, take the path to the right.
    16. Probe the pot to gain a Healing Tank.
    17. Continue down the path and take the elevator to Low Town.
    18. Follow the path to the right. Probe the pot to obtain Mint Powder.
    19. Save at the Save Sphere.
    20. Talk to Gelf to start a side quest. Choose yes to accept his request.
    21. Probe the pot behind him for 500G.
    22. Continue down the path to the right.
    23. Probe the pot next to the stairs to get 4 Nutritions of the Earth.
    24. Go up the stairs and probe the pot to find a Blazing Ruby.
    25. Continue forward and take the stairs down. Go through the door under the stairs.
    26. Probe 3 pots to obtain an Aquara Bomb, 3 Kelo-Oils, and a Seed (64/99).
    27. Exit Low Town and leave Gohtza City.
    28. Head to the City of Khent.
