Tatiana, a 350-pound Siberian tiger, attacked and injured her trainer, Lori Komejan on Friday, December 22, 2006, at the San Francisco Zoo while at least 50 visitors watched. This was just over a year before the same tiger escaped and fatally wounded 17-year-old Carlos Sousa, Jr.
