Lohan Parents Custody Battle

  • Actress Lindsay Lohan's parents were back in a New York courtroom on June 3, 2008. Nearly a year after their divorce, Dina and Michael Lohan were in family court to discuss visitation rights for their two youngest children, Ali and Cody.

The case was continued for a July 14 hearing.

  • Back to Court

The Lohan's two youngest children, 14-year-old Aliana and 11-year-old Dakota, have been living with their mother, Dina Lohan, since their parents split up in 2005.

Michael Lohan recently filed a court complaint claiming he has not been able to see his children enough. The matter was taken up in a New York family court on June 3, 2008, but was continued until July 14, 2008.

Since the two eldest Lohan children, Lindsay and her brother Michael aren't minors, they aren't part of the custody battle.

  • Visitation Order

Michael Lohan was awarded visitation rights for his two minor children after his 2007 release from prison. At that time, the visitations had to be supervised by at least one pastor and two lawyers. Lohan was in rehab at a Teen Challenge facility during the time of the visitation order.
