  • Brief Biography

    Lloyd Carr started his coaching career at the high school level, coaching at his former high school Riverview in the late-1960s. He got his first job in college coaching as an assistant with Eastern Michigan University. He then moved to Ann Arbor where he was an assistant under legendary coach, Bo Schembechler. He attained the head coaching job after Gary Moeller resigned from the post in 1995. As the head coach Carr went 122-40, with a 0.753 winning percentage.
