Liza Marquez

Liza Marquez is the ex-girlfriend of actor David Caruso. On April 9, 2009, Marquez filed a lawsuit against Caruso in Los Angeles Superior Court. She accuses Caruso of "Breach of Contract/Settlement Agreement, Fraud, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (Domestic Abuse)". In May 2009, Marquez named Maria Vianey Guadron, a former nanny for the couple, as a defendant in her lawsuit against Caruso, alleging that Guadron was spying on behalf of Caruso.
