Liverpool Hotels

Liverpool is a city in the county of Merseyside in England. In 2008 the city was awarded the title of being the "European Capital of Culture." Staying in Liverpool can be relatively cheap, depending on what kind of lodging you are looking for. As always, hostels are the cheapest choice for backpackers and young travelers, while guesthouses and and inns are more suitable for families traveling with children.

The Hope Street Hotel is one of the best, well-rated, luxury places to sleep in Liverpool. The location is perfect for touring the city; placed between two cathedrals and with in walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping areas. The Premier Inn Liverpool on Albert Dock offers rooms at an affordable price, starting at £65 per night, and is close to many of Liverpool's attractions and activities. Every room includes king-sized beds, internet access and large desk areas. For breakfast in the morning, kids under 16 eat free and there is an all-you-can-eat option.
