At the age of 17, Lita Ford co-founded the all-female rock band The Runaways with Joan Jett. She left the band in 1979 and began a successful solo career. Ford had four top 100 singles including "Kiss Me Deadly" and the 1989 duet with Ozzy Osbourne, "Close My Eyes Forever".
