Lipodiesel is a motor fuel refined from the fat medically extracted from humans during the process of liposuction.c

Lipodiesel Illegality

Craig Alan Bittner, a former Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, allegedly used "lipodiesel" to fuel his car, taking the fat he suctioned out of his former patients. He has not revealed how he created it.c

The surgeon claimed to have created the lipodiesel in an effort to be environmentally friendly, going so far as to say that his patients "request that I use their fat for fuel - and I have more fat than I can use."

This claim was debunked by attorneys for several of Bittner's past patients, some of whom are taking the surgeon to court for removing more fat than necessary and causing disfigurement.
