On May 27, 2008, Lindsey Perryman testified at the pornography trial of her former boss, R. Kelly. Perryman, who worked as Kelly's personal assistant for several years, told the court she was "100 percent sure" it was Kelly on a sex tape with an underage girl.
Perryman also identified the victim on the tape as the underage girl in question. Prosecutors say the girl was born in 1984, which would make her 13 or 14-years-old at the time.
Kelly is on trial for multiple counts of child pornography, and faces up to 15 years behind bars if convicted.

First Meeting
Perryman testified that she first met the girl in 1999, when she visited Kelly's recording studio with her family. Perryman claims the teen was a frequent visitor to the studio, often bringing her homework and an overnight bag.The 27-year-old Perryman also claims she picked the girl up from school on several occasions, and brought her to the studio to visit Kelly.
