According to various news agencies, Evans and her friends skipped out on paying a $46 bill at the Posados Cafe in Bossier City, Louisiana, but the beauty queen soon realized that she accidentally left her purse behind. The purse had Evans' identification, and a bag of marijuana. While Evans claimed that she left cash for the bill, she was booked on charges of theft and possession of marijuana.
