What Neil Young Wants...
Young used his experience building the Volt to raise awareness about electric car technologies. He sponsored and produced "Linc Volt", a documentary about the process. Using his energy initiative, also called "Linc Volt," Young and his team want to develop and support a company that will perform conversions on cars and provide instructions for how consumers can do it themselves. Young's team is one of 111 groups who have signed on to race in Peter Diamandis' Progressive Automotive X Prize.
